How do I do my laundry?

We are offering a washing and a drying cycle in our 7kg capacity equipment.
You choose how you want to use these cycles, what and how much laundry you want to wash and dry. Detergent and softener are included and dosed automatically. If you prefer a stronger perfume for your laundry, you may add your own softener.

Can I use the Laundromat any time?

Yes, we are open 24/7. If you come during our work hours we can also assist you with your laundry.

What sort of detergent do you use?

We are using a professional washing detergent solution, a top Italian brand in dry cleaners and hotels, called Sanidet.

Do I need to wait for my laundry to be ready?

When using the Laundromat in self-service mode, we recommend you wait for your laundry to be ready, as we do not take responsibility for your items otherwise. In WASHescu Belvedere, during staff assistance hours (M-F 9 AM – 4 PM), we can help you with your laundry and notify you when it’s done.

Can WASHescu iron my clothes?

Yes, but only in WASHescu Belvedere, during staff assistance hours (M-F 9 AM – 4 PM). The service is available exclusively for items washed in our Laundromat.

Will my laundry be completely dry?

If the dryer is not too full (maximum 50% of the drum volume is taken) your laundry will be completely dry.

How do I use the Laundromat in self-service mode?

You need to download our free WASHescu smartphone app (available for Android and IOS) and follow the easy instructions for access. Inside the laundromat you will find detailed instructions on payment (cash or card) and equipment use.

What if something happens when I am doing my laundry in self-service mode?

You may contact us during the day at any given moment using the contact telephone number available at the Laundromat. You may also contact us on Facebook messenger, we are quick to respond there.
